First, I must admit that I am a lager fan. So now that you know I’m totally biased, Sapporo is one of my favs. Has that yummy light, easy drinking quality with a flavour that I swear is unique to beers from Asia even though it originated from a German brewmaster in 1876. Overall, a great Japanese beer and it can come in a super sized can. More buzz for your buck.
Goes best with sushi of course but specifically Salmon sashimi and edamame.
